- Step 1: Prepare Your IngredientsPreheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper so that better not be stick in pan.Mash the ripe bananas in a bowl until smooth but slightly chunky, not overly mashed
- Step 2: Mix Wet IngredientsIn a large bowl, combine melted butter (or oil) with brown sugar and white sugar. Mix well.Add eggs and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth and creamy.Stir in mashed bananas and milk (or yogurt).and then mixed properly with light hands
- Step 3: Combine Dry IngredientsIn a separate bowl, whisk together:FlourBaking sodaSaltCinnamonSlowly add dry ingredients into the wet mixture.Gently fold until just combined. Do NOT overmix.
- Step 4: Add Optional Mix-IngredientsFold in chocolate chips or nuts if desired , I add this for good taste and flavor.This step is optional but adds texture and flavor.
- Step 5: Pour & Prepare for BakingPour batter into prepared loaf pan.Smooth the top with a spatula.Optional: Slice a banana lengthwise and place on top for a beautiful bakery-style finish.
- Step 6: Bake to PerfectionBake for 50–60 minutes.Check with a toothpick inserted into the center. It should come out clean or with a few moist crumbs.If top browns too quickly, loosely cover with foil.
- Step 7: Cool and SliceAllow banana bread to cool in pan for 10–15 minutes.Transfer to a wire rack and cool completely before slicing.Slice and enjoy!
Notes
1:Use very ripe bananas for best flavor and moist texture
2:Add chocolate chips or nuts for variation
3:Check bread with a toothpick to ensure fully baked
